- • The HRSS Analyst supports the HRSS/HR Operations team by delivering comprehensive HR support to employees, managers, and HR colleagues, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent service delivery in alignment with service level agreements.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a trusted resource on HR matters such as performance management, onboarding, and company policies; serving as the primary contact for routine HR inquiries; managing a ticket queue in the case management system; educating employees on self-service tools; facilitating onboarding and performance management processes; and collaborating with HR team members and external vendors to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- • The role is part of Huron Consulting Group’s corporate team, where professionals in accounting, finance, human resources, IT, legal, marketing, and facilities management collaborate to support organizational strategy and drive sustainable business results through transformative change.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in HR operations, strengthen stakeholder relationship-building skills, gain experience with HR systems like Workday and ServiceNow, and contribute to process improvements that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • 1-3 years of relevant experience required
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); ServiceNow and Workday experience is a plus
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and handle confidential information with discretion
