• • As a HubSpot Specialist at AMBOSS Technologies Inc., you will be instrumental in driving CRM excellence and ensuring our HubSpot portal functions as a powerful engine for our global teams. This role is designed for a technically adept individual who thrives at the intersection of strategic vision and hands-on execution, transforming business requirements into seamless, data-driven workflows.
• • You will serve as a core technical administrator for HubSpot, responsible for the day-to-day configuration, managing user permissions, and diligently monitoring the overall health and performance of the system. This foundational work ensures that our HubSpot instance remains robust, secure, and aligned with AMBOSS's evolving needs.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to execute the strategic roadmap for HubSpot. Collaborating closely with the HubSpot Lead, you will translate complex business requirements into tangible solutions. This involves building sophisticated workflows, defining and implementing custom properties, and developing automated sequences that enhance efficiency and user experience across various departments.
• • You will be tasked with architecting and executing data-driven portal audits. Through meticulous analysis, you will identify opportunities for high-impact optimizations. Your work will directly contribute to streamlining existing workflows, bridging strategic deficits, and ensuring the HubSpot platform consistently delivers maximum value to our users.
• • Empowering our 200+ users across Sales, Marketing, and Accounting is a central tenet of this position. You will act as a primary go-to resource, providing comprehensive training sessions and developing clear, concise documentation. Your efforts will foster high-quality platform adoption and ensure users can leverage HubSpot to its fullest potential.
• • Bridging the departmental divide is crucial. You will engage proactively with Sales, Marketing, and Accounting teams to understand their unique challenges and opportunities. By identifying new use cases and ensuring HubSpot effectively supports their specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overarching goals, you will foster a truly integrated and effective CRM ecosystem.
• • Mastering the data flow within HubSpot is paramount. You will manage the system architecture and uphold data integrity through proactive clean-up initiatives, rigorous de-duplication processes, and vigilant monitoring of automated data flows. This ensures that the data within HubSpot is accurate, reliable, and actionable.
• • Driving transparency is a core responsibility. You will define and maintain robust reporting processes for every significant change implemented within the HubSpot portal. This ensures that all stakeholders have clear visibility into the impact and success of new features and optimizations.
