- • The Human Resources Business Partner role at BlueCat Networks Inc. is a strategic position that partners with leaders and employees to align people strategies with business priorities, drive organizational growth, and enhance employee experience in a fast-paced, innovative technology environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing strategic HR guidance, driving performance and talent management, supporting career development and succession planning, managing complex employee relations, coaching leaders through challenging conversations, championing engagement initiatives, supporting organizational change, enabling AI adoption in HR practices, and collaborating cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting fast-paced technology, SaaS, or high-growth organizations
- • Proven ability to influence leaders and build credibility through strong business acumen, sound judgment, and relationship-building
- • Experience navigating complex employee relations and performance management situations with confidence and professionalism
- • Strong coaching and communication skills, with the ability to have candid, productive conversations at all levels of the organization
- • Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change, engagement, and talent development initiatives
- • CHRP or equivalent HR designation is an asset
