- • Own the full recruitment cycle across multiple European and Central Asian markets, including sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and retaining talent.
- • Design and implement a structured onboarding system to ensure seamless role entry and successful completion of probationary periods for all new hires.
- • Plan and manage employee integration timelines, providing hands-on support during the adaptation phase across geographies.
- • Coordinate and align local HR specialists in Ukraine, Poland, and other markets to maintain consistent HR standards and processes.
- • Manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee development across international teams.
- • Oversee HR documentation, reporting, and compliance with local labor regulations in each operating country.
- • Identify and mitigate HR-related risks, including managing conflict resolution and employment-related legal matters.
- • Develop and enhance internal communications to foster a cohesive, unified team culture across diverse regions.
- • Design and optimize compensation structures, motivation programs, and retention strategies tailored to regional contexts.
- • Build employee competency frameworks, training initiatives, and talent pipelines to support long-term organizational growth.
- • Align individual employee goals with overall business objectives to drive performance and engagement.
- • Establish scalable HR processes from scratch, ensuring operational discipline and efficiency in a rapidly expanding international organization.
- • Serve as the strategic HR lead with a hands-on approach, balancing high-level planning with day-to-day execution across multiple time zones.
- • Ensure all HR activities adhere to local legal requirements while maintaining alignment with global company standards.
- • Drive talent acquisition initiatives using modern sourcing methods and data-informed hiring practices.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for HR matters across Ukraine, Poland, and other markets, providing guidance and support to local teams.
- • Promote a people-first culture that prioritizes employee experience, development, and retention.
- • Continuously improve HR systems and workflows to enhance scalability, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.
- • Collaborate with leadership to translate business goals into effective HR strategies and talent initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of HR experience with a strong track record in recruitment and onboarding
- • Prior experience managing or coordinating HR teams across multiple locations
- • Deep knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and modern talent sourcing methods
- • Structured and process-oriented, able to build systems from scratch and optimize existing ones
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across cultures and time zones
- • Comfortable navigating labor law requirements in different jurisdictions
