📋 Description

• As a Human Security Consultant at SoSafe GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how organizations in Spain approach cybersecurity by leading the end-to-end implementation of SoSafe’s award-winning human risk management platform. Your work ensures that new customers don’t just deploy a tool, but successfully launch a sustainable security awareness movement that drives real behavioral change and reduces human risk.
• Day to day, you will lead end-to-end project planning for new customer implementations, establishing clear timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless transition from contract signing to active program launch. You will facilitate engaging kickoff workshops and design customized rollout strategies tailored to each customer’s maturity level, industry, and organizational structure. As a strategic advisor, you will guide CISOs, HR, IT, and Communications leaders on scaling security awareness through change management, enablement, and targeted training initiatives. You will cultivate internal champion networks and support communication planning to embed security culture deeply within the customer’s organization. Additionally, you will define realistic success metrics and reporting structures that balance executive vision with technical governance, monitor early-stage KPIs, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve user engagement and strengthen overall security posture.
• You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success Managers to deliver a high-touch, seamless customer experience. • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS implementations, change management, and cybersecurity awareness programs while building trusted relationships with senior leaders across industries. You will have the opportunity to shape a new consulting practice within a scaling organization, refine your strategic advisory skills, and make a measurable impact on organizational resilience—helping companies move beyond compliance to true security resilience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in SaaS implementation, IT project management, or consulting, with a strong focus on high-touch, customer-facing roles
• Proven ability to bridge technical requirements and business objectives, translating complex topics into clear, actionable language for diverse stakeholders
• Native or business-level fluency in Spanish and English, with confidence to lead high-level workshops and strategy sessions in both languages
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and ability to navigate technical setups and troubleshoot implementation challenges
• Passion for the intersection of technology and human behavior, with a desire to help organizations move beyond "tick-the-box" compliance toward true security resilience
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset—you enjoy finding strategic paths around roadblocks rather than just identifying them
