📋 Description

• A hybrid clinical pharmacist role focused on prescribing cannabis-based medicines (CBMPs) to patients who have exhausted other treatment options, where the work directly improves quality of life for those with complex, treatment-resistant conditions.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include clinically reviewing and prescribing CBMPs, managing a complex patient caseload, supporting the dispensary team with clinical queries, contributing to patient and staff education, collaborating within a multidisciplinary clinical team, and maintaining accurate patient records in compliance with GPhC standards.

🎯 Requirements

• GPhC registered pharmacist with a current Independent Prescriber qualification
• At least two years of prescribing experience
• Experience in a clinical setting
• Genuine interest in patient outcomes, not just the subject matter
• Comfortable working at pace in an evolving environment
• Willingness to learn CBPM knowledge (full training provided)
