📋 Description
- • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role at SenseSational Learning Group, a neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice focused on Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) and play-based, child-led approaches that honor individual differences.
- • Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings; conduct functional behavior assessments, develop collaborative intervention plans, implement naturalistic interventions, coach caregivers, and facilitate group-based programming such as social skills and parent groups.
- • Join a BCBA-owned, family-friendly team that prioritizes work-life balance, manageable caseloads, clinician well-being, and creative autonomy in a supportive, collaborative environment with access to a dedicated community hub for team meetings and innovative programming.
- • Grow professionally through continuous mentorship, complimentary CEUs, and opportunities to expand impact beyond 1:1 care into community and group-based programming while using intuitive in-house tools for scheduling, BIP writing, and time entry.
🎯 Requirements
- • BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- • Michigan state licensure
- • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
