đź“‹ Description
- • As an ICT Project Manager at Uni Systems S.A., you will play a pivotal role in transforming digital visions into reality by managing complex ICT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards—directly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering innovative technology solutions for public and international sector clients.
- • You will own the end-to-end project lifecycle, applying structured project management methodologies to define scope, develop detailed plans, monitor progress, manage risks and issues, control changes, and ensure deliverables meet technical and functional requirements while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction and organizational compliance.
- • Day to day, you will establish and maintain project controls including schedule, budget, and quality tracking; lead project team assignments and workload balancing; facilitate regular project meetings; produce and update management artifacts such as Gantt charts, risk logs, issue registers, and status reports; and proactively identify and communicate variances, scope changes, and contingencies to the Project Board and key stakeholders.
- • You will liaise closely with the Project Board, client representatives, technical leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, aligned expectations, and timely decision-making, acting as the central point of contact for all project-related matters.
- • You will assure and control the quality of project deliverables through formal reviews, testing coordination, and compliance checks, ensuring outputs meet predefined acceptance criteria and adhere to data privacy, security, and business continuity standards.
- • You will prepare and present both oral and written technical reports and project presentations for diverse audiences, translating complex project data into clear insights for executives, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
- • You will define and clarify roles and responsibilities of all parties involved in the project, including internal teams, external contractors, and client stakeholders, to eliminate ambiguity and enhance accountability.
- • You will organize and conduct project kick-offs, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and lessons-learned sessions, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
- • You will apply and adapt project management methodologies—including PRINCE2, PMP, PM2, and Agile frameworks—based on project context, ensuring flexibility without compromising governance or control.
- • You will leverage your proven experience in Data Privacy, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), Business Continuity Planning, and Information Security Risk Assessment to embed compliance and resilience into project design and execution, particularly for public sector and EU-funded initiatives.
- • You will work within Uni Systems’ UniQue team, a growing, mission-driven unit focused on delivering high-impact digital transformation projects for international organizations and EU institutions, where innovation, integrity, and inclusivity are core values.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder ICT projects in regulated environments, strengthen your leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, and gain exposure to cutting-edge public sector digital initiatives across Europe—positioning you as a trusted advisor in ICT project governance and execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree in an ICT-relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related discipline).
- • Minimum 8 years of IT-relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to project management in ICT or technology-driven environments.
- • Hold at least one recognized project management certification: PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or PM2 Essential/Advanced.
- • Proven experience leading at least one medium-to-large ICT project as Project Manager, preferably in the public sector or international/EU institutional context.
- • Demonstrated expertise in Data Privacy, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), Business Continuity, and Information Security Risk Assessment.
- • Excellent English language proficiency (C1/C2 level), both written and spoken, suitable for international stakeholder engagement.

- • Collaborative, mission-oriented team environment in the UniQue unit, where expertise is valued and continuous learning is encouraged.
