📋 Description

• As an Operations Associate – India-CCS at Cision Ltd., you will set the foundation for a long and prosperous career with the global leader in news and information distribution for press releases, playing a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely delivery of client communications.
• Day to day, you will distribute client press releases accurately and on time, proofread and format content for media readiness, manage client relationships by understanding needs and providing editorial advice, and maintain quality standards through proper logging, prioritization, and system updates in the workflow management system.
• You will join a global team at Cision, a leader in consumer and media intelligence, engagement, and communication solutions, where curiosity, collaboration, and innovation are championed, and your contributions help shape the future of communication for brands worldwide.
• In this role, you will develop strong editorial, client service, and operational skills, gain deep expertise in PR Newswire and related platforms like CisionOne and Brandwatch, and build a career path in global communications operations with opportunities for growth and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Content Editing and Customer Support
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication and grammar skills
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work on holidays, weekends, and shifts, especially during peak seasons
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
