📋 Description

• This freelance Identity & Access Management Specialist - AI Trainer role involves shaping how AI systems understand and apply IAM best practices by reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs related to identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication frameworks.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing the accuracy of AI-driven recommendations on access management and role-based access control, developing real-world case studies from professional IAM experience, creating scenario variations covering identity lifecycle and regulatory compliance, and identifying gaps or risks in AI recommendations to provide structured feedback.
• 10x Team connects top independent professionals with leading AI labs to advance artificial intelligence, seeking skilled IAM specialists based in the EU or UK to help train AI systems in identity management, access control, regulatory compliance, and IAM best practices.
• In this role, you will influence how AI systems interpret IAM best practices and security standards, gain exposure to cutting-edge AI development, and contribute to the future of digital identity and access management while working remotely on a flexible 8–20 hour per week schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced IAM consultant with a proven track record in identity and access management
• Based in the EU or UK
• Deep understanding of access control models, authentication, identity governance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
• Analytical and detail-oriented, able to deliver actionable, structured feedback
• Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
