📋 Description

• As an Illustrator / Graphic Designer at ARB Interactive, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Modo Casino, one of the top Social+ platforms in the US, by creating original illustrations and marketing assets that elevate player engagement and brand storytelling across digital touchpoints.
• You’ll transform campaign concepts into bold, visually compelling designs — from custom artwork and themed visuals to social media graphics and email campaigns — directly contributing to the company’s rapid growth and innovative culture recognized by LinkedIn as a 2025 Top 50 Startup.
• Working within a collaborative, fast-moving team of nearly 200 passionate professionals, you’ll partner closely with marketing, product, and development teams to bring creative visions to life in a culture that values curiosity, experimentation, and high-fives.
• Your day-to-day will involve creating original illustrations, custom artwork, icons, and themed assets for marketing campaigns, in-game promotions, and brand narratives, ensuring visual consistency and impact across all platforms.
• You’ll design static banners, social media graphics, website landing pages, and blog visuals that align with digital marketing strategies and drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Developing game-themed promotional artwork and illustrated assets that enhance brand personality and resonate with player psychology will be a core part of your contribution to the player experience.
• Applying expertise in color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy, you’ll craft platform-specific graphics optimized for sharing and interaction on social media and other digital channels.
• Collaborating in brainstorming sessions, you’ll help develop visual narratives and illustrated concepts that translate campaign objectives into engaging, on-brand experiences.
• You’ll continuously refine your work based on performance feedback and evolving trends in illustration, gaming, and digital design, ensuring your output remains fresh, relevant, and high-performing.
• Maintaining cohesive visual storytelling across all marketing touchpoints while expanding creative systems through original artwork will be key to upholding and evolving the ARB Interactive brand identity.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Strong illustration skills with the ability to create original digital artwork, backgrounds, icons, and themed assets.
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, with Illustrator expertise required for vector illustration work.
• Experience designing for web, mobile, and social media with a focus on engagement and conversions.
• Strong grasp of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute eye-catching promotional banners, illustrated game assets, and marketing visuals.
• Experience working with brand guidelines while expanding creative systems through custom artwork.
• Understanding of casino/gaming aesthetics, including themes and player psychology.
• Ability to take creative direction and collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and highly adaptable to shifting priorities, requests, and processes.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both high-quality design work and original illustrations across digital platforms.
• Ability to work 2–3 days per week at the office in Brickell Key, Miami.
