📋 Description

  • Manage and maintain accurate, complete, and consistent implant item master data across enterprise systems to support procurement, inventory, billing, and reimbursement processes
  • Review, validate, and update implant records to ensure data integrity and alignment with operational and financial workflows
  • Partner with center administrators, procurement teams, revenue cycle departments, and operations staff to resolve implant-related discrepancies and operational issues
  • Support implant contract management by maintaining contract documentation, analyzing pricing structures, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization
  • Monitor implant logs and documentation to enhance compliance, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy across the network of ambulatory surgery centers
  • Investigate data inconsistencies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve workflows and prevent recurring errors
  • Provide guidance to center teams on implant costs, purchasing procedures, and vendor-related inquiries to ensure standardized practices
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools, tracking systems, and process documentation specific to implant management and supply chain operations
  • Support enterprise initiatives aimed at improving supply chain efficiency, data quality, and operational performance across all ASC locations
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of materials management and procurement systems to streamline implant-related workflows
  • Serve as a centralized resource for implant data and process standards, reducing administrative burden at the center level while enhancing financial visibility and accountability
  • Ensure all implant-related activities align with organizational goals for cost control, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, administrative, and financial teams to drive consistency and efficiency in implant management practices
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of implantable medical devices, procurement workflows, and healthcare billing regulations relevant to ambulatory surgery centers
  • Work independently in a remote environment while ensuring responsiveness, accountability, and timely resolution of operational issues

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in implant coordination, surgical supply chain, materials management, or a related healthcare operations role
  • Experience within an ambulatory surgery center, hospital, or healthcare provider environment
  • Knowledge of implantable medical devices and related procurement, inventory, and billing workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience maintaining item masters, product catalogs, or similar supply chain data repositories
  • Proficiency with Excel and healthcare supply chain or procurement systems
