- • As an Implementation Analyst at Fieldguide, you will be an integral member of the go-to-market team, working directly alongside Implementation Consultants to drive successful customer adoption of the platform by configuring environments, migrating data, and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences.
- • Day to day, you will set up customer environments, own data migration tasks, translate requirements into system configurations, leverage AI-powered vibe coding agents, perform quality assurance checks, support testing cycles, assist with go-live preparation, and join customer calls to build client exposure and progressively take on direct communication.
- • Fieldguide is a remote-first, early-stage startup based in San Francisco, building software to automate and streamline work for assurance and audit practitioners in cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit, backed by top investors and committed to an inclusive, humble, and supportive culture where employees help build the future of business trust.
- • In this role, you will build deep product expertise and client relationships, grow into an Implementation Consultant position with end-to-end ownership of the customer journey, and gain hands-on experience with AI agents, data migration, and SaaS implementations in the audit and advisory space.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on experience with 2+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar roles at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup
- • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially for repetitive or manual configuration tasks
- • Analytical mindset with comfort working with AI agents, spreadsheets, structured data, and systems
- • Ability to take ownership of workstreams, drive them to completion, and proactively flag blockers and propose solutions
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a habit of asking thoughtful clarifying questions
- • Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing SaaS environment managing multiple concurrent projects
- • Genuine interest in audit, risk advisory, or professional services; prior industry experience helpful but not required
