📋 Description
- • Implement and manage end-to-end client deployments for MeridianLink’s software solutions, ensuring seamless transitions from onboarding to ongoing usage
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by educating them on advanced platform capabilities, best practices, and optimal utilization of licensed software
- • Lead client onboarding activities including core connectivity setup and third-party integrations, coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver configured solutions
- • Act as the central point of contact for clients throughout the deployment lifecycle, managing expectations, communicating project status, and responding proactively to inquiries
- • Drive project timelines by organizing tasks, monitoring milestones, and ensuring all resources meet deadlines while maintaining high service standards
- • Identify potential issues early and facilitate timely resolutions before they escalate, minimizing disruption to client operations
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales teams to resolve technical and operational challenges during implementation
- • Translate client feedback and usage patterns into actionable insights for the Product organization to inform future platform enhancements and innovation
- • Develop and implement initiatives that align with client goals, improving adoption rates and long-term value realization from MeridianLink’s solutions
- • Maintain thorough knowledge of MeridianLink’s software ecosystem to provide accurate guidance and troubleshooting support during and after implementation
- • Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to maximize productivity and ensure consistent service quality
- • Document implementation processes, client configurations, and lessons learned to improve internal knowledge sharing and standardize future deployments
- • Deliver proactive and responsive client service by anticipating needs, providing timely updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement
- • Adhere to project schedules and internal workflows while exercising independent judgment to adapt approaches based on client-specific requirements
- • Support senior team members on complex implementations, contributing to the resolution of challenging technical or process-related client issues
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
- • Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems
- • Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
- • Career-development professional within the subject area with moderate skill set and proficiency
- • Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously
