- • The Implementation Associate supports Partner Success Managers in ensuring customer success during the post-sales journey by implementing Yondr’s phone-free programs in schools across the Pacific Northwest.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include virtually onboarding new school accounts, supporting product and program setup, delivering training, customizing solutions, assisting with policy creation, and serving as a point of contact for school partners.
- • The role involves contributing to the design and delivery of school programming, participating in on-site services when needed, and collaborating with education specialists to drive successful implementation.
- • Yondr creates phone-free spaces for artists, educators, and organizations to foster genuine connection, focus, and creativity, primarily serving K–12 schools and live events through its education and entertainment divisions.
- • This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education program implementation, stakeholder engagement, and customer success within a mission-driven organization focused on reducing digital distractions in learning environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree
- • 2+ years of experience in customer service, education, or a related field
- • Must reside within the Greater Portland or Greater Seattle area
- • Proficiency in digital tools and technology platforms supporting remote work
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with administrators, teachers, and parents
- • Background or experience in education, specifically grades 6–12
