📋 Description

• Manager, Talent Operations leads the infrastructure that makes hiring work at scale, combining people management, systems strategy, and AI automation leadership to transform how Camunda hires.
• You will own the Talent Operations function, lead a team of four with defined growth paths, and partner directly with the VP of Talent Acquisition to build scalable recruiting operations and drive AI and automation strategy.

• In this role, you will shape the future of talent acquisition through AI and automation, design scalable systems, influence data architecture and reporting, and develop your leadership in a high-impact, innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading an operations team in a tech-forward environment
• Proven track record with AI tools or automation in a People or Talent Acquisition function
• Systems thinking at the architecture level, with ability to design for scale
• ATS fluency, with Ashby preferred
• Comfort with data, metrics, and using both to surface insights
• Coaching-oriented management style
• Remote-first operating experience
