- • Principal Medical Writer – Learning and Development role focused on creating scientific training materials for healthcare professionals and pharma teams, ensuring complex science is made clear, engaging, and interactive.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing content from other writers, providing feedback and guidance, leading client discussions, offering strategic input on proposals and projects, crafting eLearning modules, workshops, infographics, videos, line managing and mentoring team writers, and ensuring meticulous referencing and quality checks.
- • Part of an experienced Learning and Development team within Precision AQ, an award-winning global healthcare communications agency under Precision Medicine Group, dedicated to delivering high-impact medical education and training solutions.
- • Opportunity to develop leadership and mentoring skills, deepen expertise in learning theory and instructional design, influence scientific communication strategy, and grow as a trusted expert in medical writing for professional education.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–8 years’ experience in a medical communications agency
- • Strong writing skills and scientific background
- • Experience reviewing content from other writers and providing constructive feedback
- • Detail-oriented with passion for learning theory and instructional design
- • Experience creating training materials such as eLearning, workshops, infographics, or videos
- • Line management or mentoring experience
