- • Senior Recruiter role at Worldwide Clinical Trials, a global midsize CRO focused on innovative clinical research to improve lives through pioneering approaches in disease treatment.
- • Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer acceptance, partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, maintain compliance records, support onboarding, manage vendor relationships, analyze recruiting data, and mentor junior team members.
- • Part of a global team of over 3,500 experts committed to diversity, inclusion, and improving patient outcomes through innovative clinical trial solutions.
- • Opportunity to strengthen employer brand, develop recruitment strategies, gain experience in clinical research talent acquisition, and grow leadership skills by mentoring junior recruiters in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience supporting recruitment within Clinical Operations or the clinical research industry
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Minimum of 4 years of related recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Experience working within Workday ATS is a plus
