  • • Join Model N, Inc., a global leader in revenue management solutions, as a pivotal Technical Recruiter based in our Hyderabad, India office. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in shaping our technical and non-technical workforce by owning the full-cycle recruitment process for critical open positions. You will be a key player within our global Talent Acquisition team, collaborating with colleagues across the US and India, and reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.   • • As a full-cycle recruiter, your responsibilities will span the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition analysis and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and successful onboarding. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for a diverse range of roles, including software engineering, product management, sales, marketing, and customer success. This will involve leveraging a variety of tools and techniques, including advanced LinkedIn Recruiter searches, professional networking platforms, industry-specific job boards, and employee referrals.
  • • You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to hiring managers across various departments. This partnership extends beyond simply filling roles; you will proactively engage with managers to deeply understand their team's needs, the specific technical and soft skills required for success, and the overall strategic objectives of their departments. Your role will involve coaching and guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and best practices to make informed hiring decisions.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be to educate and train hiring managers on creating a best-in-class candidate experience. This includes providing guidance on effective interview techniques, timely feedback mechanisms, and maintaining a positive and engaging interaction with candidates throughout the entire hiring journey. By championing a superior candidate experience, you will not only enhance Model N's employer brand but also ensure we attract and retain the best available talent in a competitive market.
  • • You will be expected to stay abreast of current market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging recruitment technologies and methodologies. This knowledge will enable you to provide valuable insights and recommendations to leadership and hiring managers, ensuring our recruitment strategies remain competitive and effective. Sharing this expertise will empower the organization to adapt to the evolving talent landscape.
  • • Beyond individual requisitions, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of Model N's recruitment processes and policies. This may involve participating in projects aimed at enhancing our applicant tracking system (ATS), developing new sourcing channels, refining our interview processes, or contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives within talent acquisition.
  • • You will manage a diverse pipeline of candidates, ensuring consistent and timely communication, scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and extending offers. Your ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process for all stakeholders.
