You will be a key player within our global Talent Acquisition team, collaborating with colleagues across the US and India, and reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. • • As a full-cycle recruiter, your responsibilities will span the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition analysis and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and successful onboarding. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for a diverse range of roles, including software engineering, product management, sales, marketing, and customer success. This will involve leveraging a variety of tools and techniques, including advanced LinkedIn Recruiter searches, professional networking platforms, industry-specific job boards, and employee referrals.
• • You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to hiring managers across various departments. This partnership extends beyond simply filling roles; you will proactively engage with managers to deeply understand their team's needs, the specific technical and soft skills required for success, and the overall strategic objectives of their departments. Your role will involve coaching and guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and best practices to make informed hiring decisions.
