• • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving our hiring efforts across Türkiye and globally. You will take full ownership of the candidate and people experience, from initial outreach to ongoing employee engagement and development. Your expertise will be crucial in building an iconic company populated by the most brilliant minds in their respective fields. This position demands a proactive and strategic approach, working cross-functionally at all levels of the organization to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of HR functions, with a strong emphasis on executive search, technical, and commercial recruitment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to source candidates for a diverse range of roles, from engineering and product to sales and marketing. This includes leveraging various channels, building talent pipelines, and employing creative sourcing techniques to reach passive candidates.
• • Beyond recruitment, you will play a key role in leadership development initiatives. This involves identifying high-potential employees, designing and facilitating development programs, and coaching managers to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. • • As a People, Culture, and Happiness Manager, you will be the guardian of our company culture.
