• • Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels, designing and calibrating technical assessments with engineering leadership, advising senior stakeholders on role intakes and prioritization, using data to analyze funnel health and hiring velocity, and representing Vanta’s engineering talent brand to ensure a respectful, high-signal candidate experience.
