Implementation Consultant, Audit

📋 Description

• • As an Implementation Consultant at Fieldguide, you will be an integral member of the go-to-market team, working directly with Customer Success and Go-To-Market teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new customers through the Fieldguide Accelerator program, maximizing their return on investment quickly.
• • You will build trust with customers by maintaining regular engagement cadences from sales handoff to value realization, guiding growth by creating implementation plans and tracking progress, cultivating customer champions, advocating for customer needs internally to shape product roadmap and processes, mitigating risks through proactive identification and action planning, and measuring/documenting progress via case studies, use cases, success metrics, and adoption tracking.
