- • Transform raw utility and geospatial data into high-accuracy digital twin models of electricity networks using Neara’s schema language and configuration framework.
- • Ingest, manipulate, and validate massive datasets including LiDAR, GIS, and asset databases to ensure engineering-grade fidelity to real-world infrastructure.
- • Perform rigorous QA/QC processes to confirm digital twin models accurately reflect physical grid characteristics, customer specifications, and physics-based constraints.
- • Contribute to the end-to-end deployment of the Neara platform for utility customers across four continents, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of digital twin solutions.
- • Build custom reports and dashboards within the Neara platform to deliver actionable insights to utility engineers and asset owners.
- • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback on deployment workflows, tooling, and process improvements that accelerate future implementations.
- • Configure and troubleshoot model parameters using Neara’s proprietary schema language to align simulated outputs with real-world grid behavior and operational requirements.
- • Document technical configurations, deployment steps, and data transformation logic for internal knowledge bases and external customer documentation.
- • Identify and resolve complex data discrepancies by systematically reconfiguring models to achieve 100% accuracy in digital twin representation.
- • Work in a hybrid or remote environment, supporting global utility clients while maintaining alignment with the Vilnius-based Deployment Team.
- • Engage with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate model assumptions, data limitations, and validation results in fluent English.
- • Gain expert-level proficiency in Neara’s engineering-grade 3D modeling environment and contribute to the evolution of Digital Twin technology for power grid resilience.
- • Play a key role in scaling deployment operations as the company expands globally, with opportunities to influence product roadmap priorities and automate core delivery processes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Integration Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
- • Proficiency in at least one major programming or scripting language (such as SQL, Python, or similar) and a demonstrated ability to learn and master a new schema language.
- • Excellent written communication skills with experience creating internal knowledge base content and external user manuals in fluent English.
- • Background in engineering, mathematics, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- • Familiarity with GIS, CAD geoprocessing, or LiDAR data is beneficial.
- • Ability to systematically break down complex data discrepancies and reconfigure models to ensure 100% accuracy.
