- • As an Implementation Lead at Kernel Medical Devices, Inc., you serve as the critical bridge between customer needs and technical execution in enterprise deals, translating complex requirements into practical, high-impact solutions that ensure every proof of concept is accurate, scalable, and positioned for success—directly enabling RevOps teams to eliminate data inaccuracies that undermine forecasting, territory planning, and AI deployments.
- • You will partner with Account Executives in late-stage sales cycles as the technical expert, running and delivering high-quality proof of concepts (POCs) in a timely manner while leading and owning the full implementation cycle from kick-off to go-live, including architecting, building, and deploying bespoke AI agents using Kernel’s proprietary tooling to solve real-world data hygiene challenges for clients like Gong, Navan, and Mistral.
- • Acting as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of multiple clients, you will provide continuous feedback to the Product team to drive constant improvement and iteration of Kernel’s Agentic Company Data platform, ensuring solutions evolve with client needs and the rapid pace of feature releases in a fast-moving startup environment.
- • You will navigate technical questions, troubleshoot complex challenges, and shape solutions that deliver measurable value, all while staying ahead of evolving client requirements and market innovations in enterprise AI and data accuracy—working closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless alignment between customer outcomes and product capabilities.
- • The role offers deep exposure to enterprise AI infrastructure, RevOps workflows, and cutting-edge data systems, allowing you to build advanced technical fluency in APIs, JavaScript, and data architecture while developing strategic client advisory skills in a high-growth, VC-backed company backed by investors from Plaid, OpenAI, and Slack.
- • You will grow into a pivotal role shaping how enterprise customers trust and leverage their data foundation, gaining experience in end-to-end implementation lifecycle management, cross-functional collaboration, and AI-driven solution design—positioning you for leadership in technical customer success, solutions architecture, or product strategy within the enterprise AI space.

- • Strong technical fluency with APIs, JavaScript, and data systems, coupled with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong communication skills to build trusted customer relationships and flexibility to work occasional later hours for US-based customer support
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary range of £60,000–£80,000 per year plus equity participation in a Series A-backed startup
- • 24 days of annual holiday plus bank holidays, plus 2 weeks of work-from-anywhere flexibility annually
