📋 Description
- • As Implementation Lead at Luminovo, you will own and scale the end-to-end implementation process for B2B SaaS customers in the electronics supply chain industry, directly enabling successful product adoption, value realization, and smooth handoffs to Customer Success—laying the groundwork for progression into a Team Lead role as the function grows.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing project methodologies and workflows, building and maintaining detailed project plans aligned with customer timelines, proactively identifying and managing risks through early escalation, ensuring successful go-lives and platform adoption, facilitating smooth transitions to Customer Success, and continuously refining implementation practices based on customer feedback and internal insights.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Head of Customer Success, Customer Success Managers, fellow Implementation Managers, Solution Engineering, Product Enablement, and other cross-functional teams to share learnings, improve processes, and ensure alignment across the organization.
- • Luminovo is a fast-growing, remote-first SaaS company headquartered in Munich with a global team spanning Europe, North America, and Africa, backed by top-tier investors and serving over 300 active customers worldwide in the electronics industry.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SaaS implementation, change management, and customer success operations while gaining domain knowledge in electronics supply chains; you’ll have the opportunity to shape best practices, mentor future team members, and advance into a leadership position as you scale the implementation function.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) to effectively engage with German-speaking and international customers and internal teams.
- • Proven experience in managing complex B2B SaaS implementations, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, and driving successful go-lives.
- • Strong ability to guide customers through organizational change, build trust, and demonstrate value—especially when facing resistance to new processes or workflows.
- • Experience developing and refining implementation methodologies, tools, and feedback loops to improve efficiency and scalability over time.
- • Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first, high-growth environment with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and a passion for building scalable customer-facing processes.
- • Willingness to learn about the electronics industry and understand how Luminovo’s platform delivers value to OEMs, EMS providers, and other stakeholders in the supply chain.
