Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• • As an Implementation Manager at CreatorIQ, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring high user adoption and long-term success by guiding them through the full implementation lifecycle.
• • You will lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation, configure the platform based on client packages, deliver tailored training, and partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to align on goals and ensure seamless handoff.
