- • As an Implementation Manager at Front, you will ensure customer success by implementing optimal workflows, managing projects, and guiding change throughout the customer journey, directly impacting time-to-value and long-term satisfaction.
- • You will oversee implementation engagements as a product subject matter expert, develop project plans, lead cross-functional teams, facilitate stakeholder updates, manage change efforts, train customers, lead system migrations, and influence product improvements using customer insights.
- • You will join Front’s world-class Success Services team within a fast-growing, well-funded SaaS company backed by top investors and recognized for workplace excellence, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams in a hybrid role based in Santiago, Chile.
- • You will develop expertise in SaaS implementations, project lifecycle management, change leadership, and technical customer enablement while contributing to product evolution and process improvement across a global customer base.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS company
- • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity levels
- • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with ability to explain complex issues simply and adapt tone for different audiences
- • Comfortable giving presentations to groups of any size, from end-users to executives
- • Ability to understand and speak to technical concepts like APIs and webhooks
- • Experience managing change management for customers ranging from SMB to mid-market clients
