📋 Description

• Implementation Manager at Bankjoy Inc. leads end-to-end digital banking implementation projects for community banks and credit unions, ensuring successful client launches and driving digital transformation in financial institutions.
• This role is critical to Bankjoy’s mission of revolutionizing banking tech infrastructure by managing the full implementation lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering seamless onboarding experiences that enable clients to adopt modern digital banking products.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading implementation meetings, managing project timelines and milestones, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams, configuring products to meet client requirements, troubleshooting technical and integration issues, overseeing UAT and go-live readiness validation, supporting digital banking conversions, ensuring clients complete setup tasks before launch, providing clear status updates to stakeholders, assisting with post-launch stabilization, and documenting best practices to continuously improve implementation processes.
• Bankjoy is a Y Combinator and Bessemer Venture Partners-backed FinTech startup providing modern digital banking solutions including mobile and online banking, online account opening, loan origination, and conversational AI, serving financial institutions aiming to become tech-driven and digital first.
• The Implementation Manager will work within a fast-paced, collaborative, remote-first culture, gaining deep expertise in fintech project management, banking systems integration, and stakeholder leadership while contributing to high-impact product launches that transform how banks and credit unions serve their members.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of implementation, onboarding, or project management experience in banking, fintech, or enterprise SaaS
• Strong understanding of banking systems and digital banking implementations
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to drive projects forward and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines
• Excellent communication skills with confidence to lead discussions with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills to identify configuration or integration issues
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations
• Ability to translate technical issues into clear action items for clients and internal teams
• Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms
