🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience leading SaaS-based software implementation teams.
- • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving growth and efficiency.
- • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to form and maintain strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups.
- • Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment and leverage creativity to resolve complex issues.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze project metrics and data.
- • Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Asana.
