📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing implementation team to drive results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop and execute strategic department initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.
• Form and maintain strong relationships with staff, key stakeholders, and end users to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and coach team members to achieve their full potential.
• Operate in an ambiguous environment, leveraging creativity to resolve complex issues and drive innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project tasks and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze project metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize project outcomes.
• Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the implementation team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading SaaS-based software implementation teams.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving growth and efficiency.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to form and maintain strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups.
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment and leverage creativity to resolve complex issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze project metrics and data.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Asana.
