📋 Description

• As an Implementation Manager at RapidAI, you will be at the forefront of medical device software development, acting as the vital link between cutting-edge technology and hospital teams worldwide. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our innovative deep clinical AI solutions are seamlessly integrated into the complex workflows of healthcare institutions, ultimately enhancing patient care and improving health-system performance.
• You will drive the entire project lifecycle for our Rapid Enterprise Platform implementations. This begins with conducting thorough initial site kickoffs, where you will establish project scope, timelines, and key stakeholder engagement. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding the unique needs and existing infrastructure of each hospital.
• A significant part of your responsibility will involve the technical configuration of our software, including the precise setup and optimization of scanner protocols. This requires a deep understanding of both our platform's capabilities and the clinical imaging requirements of our hospital partners, ensuring that data is captured and processed efficiently and accurately.
• You will be responsible for coaching and training clinical teams, including physicians, radiologists, and technologists, through successful 'go-lives.' This hands-on guidance is essential for the adoption and effective utilization of our AI tools, empowering healthcare professionals to leverage the technology to its fullest potential.
• This is a high-energy role that offers the opportunity to manage complex, multi-faceted projects independently. You will be expected to take ownership of your projects from inception to completion, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related clinical discipline).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical imaging, medical device implementation, or a similar client-facing technical role.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows in a hospital setting, particularly in radiology or neurology, and familiarity with medical imaging modalities and PACS systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
