You will own the entire implementation lifecycle, from the initial onboarding stages through to a successful go-live, ensuring each customer seamlessly integrates LiveFlow into their operations and realizes its full potential.
• • Your core responsibility will be to drive end-to-end implementations of the LiveFlow platform. This involves meticulously managing project timelines, overseeing data migrations from legacy systems, and configuring the platform to meet the unique needs of each client. The goal is to enable customers to go live quickly, confidently, and with minimal disruption to their business operations.
• • You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their implementation journey. This requires building strong, trusting relationships and delivering a consistently high-touch, white-glove service. Your proactive guidance and support will be instrumental in setting customers up for sustained long-term success and maximizing their return on investment with LiveFlow.
