- • As an Implementation Manager at LiveFlow, you will be at the forefront of our customer's journey, acting as the primary architect of their success with our next-generation accounting and finance platform. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, possesses a deep understanding of financial workflows, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. You will own the entire implementation lifecycle, from the initial onboarding stages through to a successful go-live, ensuring each customer seamlessly integrates LiveFlow into their operations and realizes its full potential.
- • Your core responsibility will be to drive end-to-end implementations of the LiveFlow platform. This involves meticulously managing project timelines, overseeing data migrations from legacy systems, and configuring the platform to meet the unique needs of each client. The goal is to enable customers to go live quickly, confidently, and with minimal disruption to their business operations.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their implementation journey. This requires building strong, trusting relationships and delivering a consistently high-touch, white-glove service. Your proactive guidance and support will be instrumental in setting customers up for sustained long-term success and maximizing their return on investment with LiveFlow.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves spending dedicated time on-site with customers. This hands-on approach allows you to provide in-depth training, offer practical guidance, and deliver immediate support as they transition away from their existing, often complex, legacy systems. By actively collaborating with the Product and Engineering departments, you will translate frontline customer feedback, insights, and pain points into actionable product improvements. - • As LiveFlow scales, you will play a key role in shaping our operational efficiency. This includes contributing to the development and refinement of implementation playbooks, standard operating procedures, and best practices. Your experience and insights will be invaluable in building a scalable and repeatable implementation framework that supports our growth.
