  • • Manage end-to-end implementation of RapidAI’s clinical AI platform across 2,500+ hospitals globally, ensuring seamless integration into hospital imaging workflows.
  • • Conduct initial site kickoffs with hospital radiology, IT, and clinical teams to align on implementation goals, timelines, and success metrics.
  • • Configure and validate scanner protocols for CT, MRI, and other imaging modalities to ensure accurate AI algorithm performance in clinical environments.
  • • Coach clinical staff through successful "go-live" transitions, providing hands-on training and troubleshooting support to drive adoption and confidence in the platform.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact between RapidAI’s technical teams and hospital stakeholders, translating clinical needs into technical requirements.
  • • Independently manage a portfolio of concurrent commercial and research implementations, prioritizing tasks and meeting strict deadlines without direct supervision.
  • • Monitor implementation progress using internal tracking systems, identifying risks and escalating issues to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with hospital standards.
  • • Collaborate with clinical research teams to support data collection and validation efforts tied to ongoing studies that influence national stroke-treatment guidelines and other clinical protocols.
  • • Identify opportunities for account expansion by assessing hospital workflows and recommending additional RapidAI modules or use cases that improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
  • • Maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes, configuration settings, and user feedback to support knowledge transfer and future deployments.
  • • Ensure all implementations adhere to healthcare regulatory standards and hospital-specific policies regarding data privacy, security, and system integration.
  • • Participate in regular cross-functional syncs with product, engineering, and clinical teams to relay field insights and contribute to platform improvements.
  • • Travel may be required for on-site implementations, though most engagements are conducted remotely with hospital partners in the U.S.
  • • Maintain alignment with hospital schedules by working within Central (CT) or Eastern (ET) time zones to facilitate real-time communication and support.
  • • Deliver measurable improvements in clinical decision-making speed and diagnostic accuracy through effective software adoption and user enablement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in healthcare IT, clinical imaging, or medical device software implementation
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects independently in a fast-paced environment
  • • Strong understanding of hospital workflows, particularly in radiology or emergency departments
  • • Experience training non-technical clinical staff on software systems
  • • Must be located within Central (CT) or Eastern (ET) time zones
  • • 6-month contract availability with flexibility to manage a full project load
