- • Serve as a freelance CRM strategist specializing in the HubSpot ecosystem to drive measurable client growth and retention for SmartBug Media’s client base.
- • Develop and execute customized CRM strategies aligned with client business objectives, focusing on real, outcome-driven results rather than vanity metrics.
- • Collaborate directly with clients to assess their current CRM workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and implement HubSpot-based solutions that enhance lead nurturing, sales alignment, and customer lifecycle management.
- • Leverage deep expertise in HubSpot’s platform to configure, automate, and refine CRM functionalities including workflows, lead scoring, email sequences, reporting dashboards, and integrations.
- • Translate client goals into actionable CRM roadmaps that improve marketing efficiency, sales conversion rates, and customer retention metrics.
- • Provide strategic guidance on content strategy, lead qualification, and segmentation within HubSpot to ensure alignment between marketing and sales teams.
- • Deliver clear, data-backed reporting to clients that demonstrates tangible business impact and reinforces trust in SmartBug’s strategic value.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a CRM strategist or consultant with deep expertise in HubSpot platform configuration and optimization
- • Fluency in French and ability to communicate professionally with French-speaking clients in both spoken and written form
- • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable client growth through CRM strategy, not just tool implementation
- • Experience working as a freelance or contract professional with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently
