  • • Own end-to-end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise and high-growth customers across EMEA, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and high-quality go-lives.
  • • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal teams on integration approaches, system configuration, and solution design for Airwallex’s spend management products.
  • • Partner with activation, onboarding, and account management teams to translate customer requirements into scalable architectures, particularly for ERP, HRIS, and API-based integrations.
  • • Collaborate with sales teams during technical discovery to assess customer systems, data flows, and workflows, and recommend best-fit integration blueprints using APIs and third-party connectors.
  • • Troubleshoot integration hurdles hands-on with customers, guiding them through complex configuration decisions without writing code, focusing on robust and maintainable implementations.
  • • Serve as a subject matter expert on the broader integration ecosystem, including HRIS and accounting partners, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and external partners to close integration gaps.
  • • Create and maintain internal documentation, playbooks, and lightweight tooling to enable scalable support for integration-heavy use cases across the team.
  • • Channel customer feedback and integration pain points into Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap prioritization and improve implementation outcomes.
  • • Orchestrate cross-functional teams including Solutions Engineering, Product, Operations, Risk, and external partners (e.g., payment networks, processors, manufacturers) throughout pre-sale, solution design, contract signing, go-live, and early adoption phases.
  • • Lead steering meetings, write clear status updates, and influence decisions without direct authority, ensuring alignment across commercial, technical, and operational stakeholders.
  • • Deliver implementations for clients using ERP, accounting, or expense platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, and Xero, with deep understanding of associated data flows (GL, cost centres, entities, card feeds).
  • • Operate from a Tel Aviv office three days per week while providing implementation coverage across EMEA, balancing in-office collaboration with remote stakeholder engagement.
  • • Maintain a founder-like mindset: move fast with good judgment, dig deep with curiosity, and deliver end-to-end solutions with ownership and humility.
  • • Leverage AI tools to work smarter and solve problems faster, aligning with Airwallex’s operating principles of innovation, collaboration, and execution.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience
  • • 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology or financial services implementations
  • • 4+ years of client-facing delivery or professional services experience in a high-paced environment (e.g., SaaS, fintech, consulting, systems integration, enterprise implementation)
  • • Proven track record of successfully delivering cross-functional projects with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds including C-level executives, technical teams, and operations
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including leading steering meetings and influencing without direct authority
  • • Experience delivering ERP, accounting system, or expense platform implementations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero) with understanding of GL, cost centres, entities, and card feed data flows
