- • Lead product training and support go-live for Rad AI Reporting by engaging directly with customer admins and radiologists to ensure smooth adoption and stabilization of AI-powered radiology software.
- • Develop deep functional expertise in one Rad AI product, including key features, workflows, and system integrations, and serve as the internal subject matter expert for implementation teams.
- • Understand and articulate core product workflows and best practices, translating them into actionable guidance for clinical and operational stakeholders.
- • Stay current on new product features, tools, and integrations, and proactively share updates with Implementation team members to maintain alignment and consistency.
- • Assist in creating and updating training materials, documentation, and resources to support customer onboarding and internal knowledge sharing.
- • Facilitate communication between Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Technical Support teams to ensure timely resolution of product-related issues and feedback loops.
- • Track and manage vendor-related tasks and escalations, documenting interactions and escalating critical issues to appropriate internal teams.
- • Respond to product-related inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring consistent messaging and resolution.
- • Act as a radiology workflow consultant by translating customer-specific clinical workflows into optimized product configurations and adoption strategies, going beyond basic training delivery.
- • Conduct structured pre- and post-go-live workflow assessments with radiologists, department leads, and IT stakeholders to identify friction points, configuration gaps, and adoption risks.
- • Support pre-sales engagements by providing product and workflow expertise during demos and scoping discussions, helping Sales translate prospect needs into implementation requirements.
- • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills when interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences, including radiologists, IT personnel, and hospital administrators.
- • Build and maintain collaborative relationships across all company functions to align on challenges, share successes, and drive collective progress toward implementation goals.
- • Drive project success through diligent execution of product training, adherence to internal processes, and proactive communication within the Implementation team.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 4+ years of relevant customer-facing experience with emphasis on product expertise and/or industry knowledge
- • Strong organizational skills to prioritize competing priorities, deliver outcomes on timelines, and build documentation
- • Excellent people/relationship management, coaching, and communication skills with ability to facilitate engaging customer training
- • Practical working knowledge of SaaS solutions, implementations, and technical concepts
- • Prior hands-on experience in a radiology or imaging environment, including direct familiarity with radiologist reporting workflows, PACS, and/or dictation systems
- • Ability to engage clinical stakeholders including radiologists and department leads with credibility, adapting communication style to both technical and non-technical audiences
