  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers and employer groups, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and internal teams to drive successful onboarding and ongoing support for group benefit plans.
  • • Coordinate all aspects of benefit changes, product updates, carrier documentation, and renewal timelines to ensure seamless transitions for clients.
  • • Partner closely with NEP’s Implementation team to facilitate smooth onboarding of new employer groups, including gathering and verifying required documents, census files, plan details, and carrier approvals.
  • • Assist in setting up benefit administration systems on Employee Navigator, Ease, Selerix, or Optix, ensuring accurate configuration and data integrity.
  • • Track implementation progress across multiple clients and provide timely status updates to brokers, internal stakeholders, and carrier partners.
  • • Collaborate with NEP’s Enrollment Operations team to plan and execute enrollment campaigns, including finalizing timelines, assigning counselors, and developing communication materials.
  • • Ensure all technology systems, eligibility files, and plan builds are fully aligned and validated prior to enrollment start dates.
  • • Support resolution of post-enrollment issues, including data discrepancies, carrier file errors, and system misconfigurations.
  • • Provide strategic guidance to brokers on expanding voluntary and ancillary benefit offerings to enhance employee value propositions.
  • • Maintain meticulous documentation and organization of client files, carrier correspondence, and internal tracking systems to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
  • • Demonstrate a customer-first mindset by proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact client satisfaction or enrollment outcomes.
  • • Work collaboratively across multiple departments, including Implementation, Enrollment Operations, and Carrier Relations, to deliver cohesive and efficient service.
  • • Adapt to evolving client needs, platform updates, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
  • • Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment with competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
  • • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in implementation workflows and proposing actionable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–5+ years of experience in employee benefits, voluntary benefits, benefit administration, or insurance account management
  • • Experience with Employee Navigator, Ease, Selerix, or other benefits administration platforms preferred
  • • High School Degree required
  • • Active Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
