Full Job Description

📋 Description

  • • As an Implementation Specialist at Nest Veterinary Systems Inc., you will be at the forefront of our rapid growth, playing a pivotal role in launching new veterinary practices onto our innovative care plan infrastructure. This is a high-impact, highly visible position where you will own the entire onboarding process, transforming complex technical and operational setups into seamless, successful go-lives. If you thrive on building robust processes, driving projects to completion, and ensuring clients are not just onboarded but set up for long-term success, this remote role is an exceptional opportunity to make your mark.
  • • You will be the primary orchestrator of the implementation lifecycle, guiding each veterinary practice from the initial kickoff meeting through to their official launch day. This involves meticulously coordinating all logistical elements, rigorously validating the practice's readiness across technical and operational fronts, and ensuring every detail is perfectly aligned before the critical go-live moment. Your expertise will be the bedrock upon which each successful launch is built, directly contributing to Nest Veterinary's mission of making pet care more accessible.
  • • Beyond mere project management, your role extends to being a crucial trainer and coach for the veterinary teams you support. You will empower hospital staff with the knowledge, confidence, and practical workflows needed to seamlessly integrate our care plans into their daily operations. By delivering engaging and effective training sessions, you will ensure that the transition to offering care plans feels natural and beneficial, rather than disruptive. This hands-on enablement is key to fostering adoption and maximizing the value our partners receive.
  • • You will collaborate closely with our Hospital Success Managers, forming a dynamic duo that ensures practices not only launch but launch with the full capability to thrive. This partnership guarantees a holistic approach to client success, bridging the gap between initial implementation and ongoing support and engagement. Your contributions will be instrumental in demonstrating the value of Nest Veterinary's solutions from the very first day.
  • • At Nest Veterinary, implementation is far from a back-office function; it is recognized as one of the most critical and visible roles within the company. Your work will directly influence client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall scaling of our business. You will be the engine driving successful practice launches, ensuring that every new hospital joining our network is set up for optimal performance and growth.
  • • **Implementation Leadership:** You will serve as the dedicated project lead for each new hospital onboarding. This involves proactively driving project timelines, meticulously managing all deliverables, and co-leading the rollout strategy alongside Hospital Success Managers. Your goal is to ensure a consistently seamless and coordinated experience for every practice, fostering trust and confidence from the outset.
  • • **Practice Training & Readiness:** A core responsibility is preparing hospital teams for success with care plans from day one. You will design and deliver comprehensive training sessions tailored to veterinary staff, equipping them with the essential knowledge, operational confidence, and refined workflows required to successfully introduce and manage care plans as a core offering. This focus on practical application ensures a smooth integration into their existing practice.
  • • **Logistics & Readiness Coordination:** You will expertly execute the critical behind-the-scenes work that underpins smooth and efficient launches. This includes managing complex scheduling, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring clear communication flows among all parties. You will be responsible for confirming all pre-launch readiness checkpoints are met and aligning internal teams, external vendors, and hospital staff to prevent any oversights and guarantee a flawless execution.
  • • **Technical Review & Validation:** You will act as the definitive checkpoint owner for technical and system readiness. This involves conducting thorough readiness reviews to verify that all integrations, configurations, and systems are fully prepared for launch. You will coordinate effectively with our Engineering, client, and Support teams to address any outstanding requirements and meticulously document all technical and logistical sign-offs, ensuring a clean and complete handoff to the ongoing support structure.
  • • **Cross-Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:** Your engagement doesn't cease at the launch date. You will partner closely with Hospital Success Managers throughout the entire onboarding lifecycle, facilitate a smooth transition to the dedicated ongoing support team, and critically, bring valuable post-launch insights back to our Product, Engineering, and Hospital Success departments. This feedback loop is essential for continuously refining and enhancing our implementation processes and product offerings.
