• • The Implementation Specialist leads end-to-end customer onboarding for new and existing customers adopting new products, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to live operation of the Silverware platform.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing technical configurations, conducting on-site installations and staff training, providing go-live support, resolving escalations, optimizing time-to-value, translating technical requirements for non-technical users, and maintaining detailed project documentation and schedules.
