- • The IN Associate - Customer Success role at Sportygroup B.V. is a pivotal position within the Customer Success Team, serving as the first point of contact for customers across social media, web chat, and email. This role is essential in shaping positive customer experiences by educating users on Sporty products, resolving inquiries with empathy and logic, and ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support. By delivering timely, professional, and solution-oriented service, the associate directly contributes to customer satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer queries via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, web chat, and email with politeness and professionalism; educating current and prospective customers on product features, processes, and service offerings; qualifying and troubleshooting issues to provide satisfactory resolutions; identifying and escalating priority concerns to Team Leaders and the Ops Team; maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records; actively participating in team meetings and coaching sessions with the Customer Service Manager; adhering to internal policies, procedures, and shift schedules—including day and night shifts, weekends, and national holidays.
- • The Customer Success Team operates in a healthy, positive, and collaborative remote-friendly environment, fostering teamwork and continuous learning despite geographical dispersion. You’ll build expertise in customer relationship management, learn to navigate multi-channel support platforms, and grow your capacity to work independently while contributing to team goals. Over time, you’ll be positioned to take on greater responsibility, potentially advancing into senior support, team lead, or specialist roles within the organization’s global Customer Success structure.
🎯 Requirements
- • English fluency in both verbal and written communication
- • 1+ years of experience in Customer Support or a similar client-facing role
- • Contemporary computer literacy and proficient typing skills
- • Ability to work productively in an autonomous environment with minimal supervision
- • Flexibility to work day and night shifts, including weekends and national holidays
