📋 Description
- • As a Remote Consumer Advocate with ASI/GE Appliances, you will be instrumental in resolving escalated customer service issues, ensuring a high-quality service experience for GE Appliance consumers.
- • You will act as a dedicated advocate, liaising with multiple internal departments to achieve reasonable and satisfactory resolutions for customer concerns.

- • The position involves a base rate of $17.00 per hour, with additional incentives based on quality scores, paid weekly.
- • The initial training period requires a full-time commitment of 10 weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
- • Post-training, you will work an 8-hour shift within the business hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, providing flexibility in scheduling.
- • Upon completion of training, you will leverage multiple Windows-based programs and internal applications to manage and resolve customer issues effectively.
- • A key responsibility is taking ownership of escalated customer concerns, meticulously capturing all facts surrounding complaints, and adhering to outlined resolution steps.
- • You will be responsible for accurate data management and responding to all written inquiries from consumers.
- • Following up with customers via phone, email, or text is crucial to resolve appliance-related concerns and ensure successful case closure.
- • This role requires finding creative solutions and negotiating concessions that are in the best interest of both the customers and GE Appliances.
- • You will interact and coordinate with various internal stakeholders, including zones, dispatchers, and technicians, to ensure the successful resolution of consumer issues.
- • Gathering information from diverse resources and presenting concerns with suggested resolutions to your Team Leader or Team Manager will be a regular part of your duties.
- • Conducting consumer reviews to confirm satisfaction before closing cases is a critical step in the process.
- • Meeting work schedule demands and fulfilling obligations with integrity, compliance, and adherence to company values, processes, and policies is essential.
