  • • In this dynamic role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers, handling inbound calls with the goal of promoting and selling Globe Life Insurance products. Your expertise will be crucial in providing consultative sales support, understanding customer needs, and matching them with the most suitable insurance solutions.
  • • A key responsibility will be to close new business and generate revenue for the company, requiring a proactive approach to engaging with customers primarily via telephone and email. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining customer relationships through effective communication and a deep understanding of our product offerings.
  • • This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while contributing to our mission. The role demands a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
  • • The schedule for this position involves rotating shifts. Week 1 will consist of Monday to Friday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm. Week 2 will include Monday to Friday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with one weekday off during that week. This rotating schedule ensures comprehensive coverage and requires adaptability.
  • • You will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring each customer receives prompt and professional attention. This includes actively listening to customer inquiries, identifying their insurance needs, and presenting relevant product information in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • • Beyond inbound calls, you will also be expected to make follow-up calls to nurture leads, address outstanding questions, and finalize sales. This proactive outreach is essential for converting prospects into loyal customers and achieving sales targets.
  • • Success in this role hinges on your ability to effectively close business. This involves guiding customers through the application process, overcoming objections, and ensuring a smooth and positive sales experience from start to finish.
  • • You will be expected to maintain a thorough understanding of Globe Life's diverse range of insurance products, including their features, benefits, and eligibility requirements. This knowledge will enable you to provide accurate and tailored recommendations.
  • • The role requires a strong aptitude for technology, including proficiency in using CRM systems, communication platforms, and standard office software like Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Efficient use of these tools will be critical for managing customer interactions and sales data.
