- • Serve as the first point of contact for families seeking senior care solutions, providing empathetic and informed guidance during inbound consultation calls
- • Manage pre-screened inbound leads remotely from a home office, adhering strictly to assigned work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules
- • Conduct in-depth initial consultations with caregivers to understand their loved one’s care needs, preferences, and financial considerations
- • Educate families on customized senior care options, including senior living communities and home care providers from a network of 15,000+ vetted partners
- • Act as a liaison between families and care providers after completing the 4-week new hire training program, facilitating referrals and scheduling tours to drive move-ins
- • Meet daily production benchmarks by completing a specified number of inbound calls and outbound return calls to ensure consistent pipeline progression
- • Accurately document all client interactions and care recommendations using internal CRM systems, while simultaneously managing phone conversations and note-taking
- • Maintain high standards of service alignment with company mission, prioritizing empathy and family experience in every interaction
- • Operate within a non-exempt, hourly role with a 40-hour weekly schedule, requiring strong time management and schedule adherence
- • Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to manage client data and reporting, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate proprietary internal systems

🎯 Requirements
- • Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center environments
- • Proven history of exceeding sales targets and performance benchmarks
- • Ability to multitask effectively by speaking on the phone while simultaneously entering data into a computer system
- • Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
- • Willingness to work scheduled shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- • Ability to complete a 4-week new hire training program and apply learned protocols to client interactions
