- • Own the end-to-end inbound sales process for small and medium enterprise (SME) customers, from initial lead outreach through product demonstration, account closure, and post-signup onboarding.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound SME leads, guiding them through the sales journey with expert knowledge of Airwallex’s global payments, spend management, treasury, and embedded finance solutions.
- • Convert qualified leads into paying customers by clearly articulating how Airwallex’s platform resolves specific business pain points related to cross-border transactions and financial operations.
- • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through proactive lead engagement and effective closing techniques.
- • Deliver a world-class customer experience by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring seamless transition from sales to onboarding.
- • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executive teams to refine lead qualification criteria, optimize the sales pipeline, and improve conversion rates.
- • Provide direct feedback to Product and Growth teams based on customer interactions, helping shape product enhancements, workflow improvements, and compliance processes.
- • Work across global teams and time zones to support international SME clients, requiring coordination with stakeholders in multiple regions.
- • Maintain deep product expertise across Airwallex’s full suite of financial tools and communicate their value proposition clearly to business owners and senior executives.
- • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers, fostering trust and long-term engagement through consultative, needs-based selling.
- • Operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with autonomy to innovate and improve internal sales processes and customer onboarding workflows.
- • Utilize AI tools and data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, prioritize leads, and personalize customer interactions.
- • Act as a brand ambassador for Airwallex by representing the company’s mission and operating principles in every customer interaction.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin speaking is preferred
- • Proven experience selling complex solutions to senior executives and business owners
- • Self-motivated with ability to thrive in a hyper-growth environment
- • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- • Exceptional communication skills and comfort engaging with diverse backgrounds
