- • The Incentive Specialist role at CLEAResult supports the company’s mission to lead the transition to a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future by delivering program implementation and administrative services to an Oregon-based non-profit client.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include entering and maintaining databases, reviewing contractor submissions for program compliance, communicating with customers and contractors in English and Spanish via phone and email to resolve rebate claim disputes, providing policy interpretation guidance to ensure program participation, and offering technical support and programmatic training to contractors.
- • The role is part of CLEAResult’s Program Team in Portland, Oregon, within a people-first culture grounded in trust, accountability, and transparency, where employees are respected and given equal opportunity to thrive regardless of identity or background.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in energy efficiency programs, strengthen bilingual customer service and technical support skills, gain experience in database management and compliance processes, and grow professionally through access to on-demand training and career advancement opportunities within a mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service, program administration, or a related field
- • Experience and knowledge in the Energy Efficiency realm
- • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken)
- • High School Diploma or equivalent required
- • Ability to enter and maintain databases and review contractor submissions for compliance with program requirements
