  • • As an Incoming Quality Control Engineer at Ridealso Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of incoming materials and components, directly supporting the company’s mission to deliver innovative, affordable, and highly efficient electric vehicles that replace traditional car miles with sustainable mobility solutions.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing incoming inspections of components and modules against quality standards, making accept/reject decisions based on inspection results, refining and maintaining inspection criteria and acceptance standards, handling quality issues by issuing NCRs/CARs, collaborating with SQE and suppliers on corrective actions, maintaining inspection records, monitoring and analyzing incoming quality trends, supporting inspection activities for product development and failure analysis, and coordinating with purchasing, FATP suppliers, and the quality team on part-related issues.
  • • You will join a passionate, innovative team at ALSO, an electric mobility company originally spun out of Rivian, dedicated to building vertically integrated small EVs that are 10-50x more efficient than traditional vehicles. The team comprises builders, dreamers, and doers from leading technology, automotive, cycling, outdoor recreation, and retail backgrounds, all working hands-on to solve global transportation challenges.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in incoming quality control, gain hands-on experience with EV supply chains and advanced inspection methodologies, refine your ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply QC tools like the 7 QC methods, strengthen cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and purchasing teams, and contribute directly to product quality and reliability in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Materials)
  • • 3+ years of experience in quality control or incoming quality (IQC)
  • • Familiar with quality tools (e.g., 7 QC tools) and basic problem-solving methodologies
  • • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • • Experience with inspection tools and measurement equipment
  • • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

  • • Monthly salary: NT$108,000 – NT$154,000
  • • Annual package of NT$1,400,000 – NT$2,000,000 inclusive of guaranteed 13th month bonus paid at Lunar New Year
