  • • As an Industrial Development & Partnerships Leader at GE Aerospace, you will drive strategic M&A and partnership initiatives within the Technology & Operations (T&O) organization, playing a critical role in shaping supply chain strategy and vertical integration efforts.
  • • Day to day, you will build and own standardized processes for M&A activities, execute vertical integration strategies through acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships, monitor market intelligence for proactive opportunity identification, and translate supply chain strategy across internal and external stakeholders including customers and suppliers.
  • • You will join a global, cross-functional team at GE Aerospace, collaborating with business development, legal, finance, operations, procurement, and other functions to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic deal analysis, process standardization, and organizational influence, gaining the ability to bridge strategic vision with operational execution while enhancing leadership, communication, and change management skills in a complex, multinational environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Technology/Engineering, Strategy, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Project Management
  • • Strong operational experience in shop environments and supplier interactions
  • • Exposure to M&A activities or strategic negotiations (procurement, customer-facing, etc.)
  • • Strong project management skills with proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments
  • • Ability to energize, develop rapport, and build relationships at all levels within an organization
