- • Oversee and execute negotiated influencer and brand partnerships from start to finish, ensuring all contractual terms and project milestones are met.
- • Maintain continuous engagement with talents and corporate clients throughout and beyond collaborations to nurture and enhance relationships.
- • Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer campaigns and present comprehensive post-campaign reports detailing successes, challenges, and strategic insights.
- • Collaborate with talents and internal Dulcedo teams to ensure consistent, impactful social media presence aligned with brand identities and campaign goals.
- • Develop content strategies and concept ideas using social media trends and analytics to maximize engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- • Actively participate in talents’ onboarding, quarterly planning sessions, and other key career development activities.
- • Provide day-to-day planning support to talents to help organize their schedules, commitments, and brand activities.
- • Manage inbound PR requests, including interview requests, mailers, and event invitations, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- • Contribute to outbound strategies such as talent sourcing, outreach, interview pitching, talent gifting, event responses, and new brand pitch calls.
- • Attend on-site production days and talent events to provide direct support and ensure successful collaboration execution.
- • Leverage industry tools and information channels to stay current on trends in influencer marketing, social media, and digital content to advise the team effectively.
- • Balance multiple client and talent accounts simultaneously with precision, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of service.
- • Serve as a primary point of contact between talents, brands, and internal Dulcedo departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- • Apply knowledge of paid media, influencer marketing, and public relations to optimize campaign outcomes and client satisfaction.
- • Uphold Dulcedo’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by fostering respectful, equitable relationships with all talents and clients.

🎯 Requirements
- • Over 1 year of experience working in influencer marketing or PR, either in-house or within an agency.
- • Proven experience in communicating directly with both talents and corporate clients.
- • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record in task management, meeting multiple deadlines, and multitasking effectively.
- • Knowledge in managing influencer/talent partnerships and assessing social media metrics and industry KPIs.
- • Understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and public relations.
- • Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills with experience in negotiating, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations.
