- • As an Influencer Activations Lead for Europe at GetYourGuide, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s influencer marketing engine across key EMEA markets, directly shaping how the brand connects with travelers through authentic creator partnerships.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include activating and managing influencer campaigns across Germany, France, and the UK; shaping creative briefs based on testable hypotheses and emerging trends; owning end-to-end campaign execution from concepting to performance analysis; collaborating on full-funnel testing frameworks; supporting paid social amplification across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube; partnering with the Influencer Strategy Lead and European brand teams; and contributing to unified reporting to establish benchmarks and surface learnings.
- • You will join a dynamic, forward-thinking team within GetYourGuide’s Brand and Strategic Partnerships organization, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a hybrid Berlin-based environment that values experimentation, speed, and quality in equal measure.
- • This role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in influencer marketing at scale, deepen your analytical and creative fluency across major social platforms, and drive measurable impact in a high-visibility area that directly influences brand growth and market expansion in EMEA.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of influencer marketing experience with a proven track record of executing campaigns at scale across multiple markets
- • Fluency in English; French or German language skills are a plus
- • Deep platform fluency in Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, including paid amplification of creator content
- • Strong analytical instincts: ability to pull insights from data, translate them into creative hypotheses, and make performance-driven recommendations
- • Experience in travel, e-commerce, or marketplace categories is a plus
- • Willingness to travel regularly to France and the UK
