đź“‹ Description

  • • Serve as the primary content strategist for a dedicated roster of influencers, creators, and digital talent managed by Dulcedo, developing long-term content frameworks that drive sustainable brand growth.
  • • Analyze social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement patterns to inform content direction that maximizes reach, retention, and monetization potential across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • • Collaborate directly with talent and their teams to audit existing content, identify performance gaps, and design data-informed content calendars aligned with individual brand goals and market opportunities.
  • • Partner with the Team Manager, Marketing & Talent Development to translate talent strengths into scalable content strategies that elevate their market positioning and attract high-value brand partnerships.
  • • Create and maintain standardized content strategy templates, performance dashboards, and reporting frameworks used across the agency to ensure consistency and measurable outcomes for all influencer clients.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to talent by providing strategic guidance on content tone, visual identity, posting cadence, and platform-specific best practices tailored to their unique audience demographics.
  • • Monitor competitor activity and industry benchmarks to identify emerging content formats, viral trends, and platform shifts that can be leveraged for client advantage.
  • • Work cross-functionally with Dulcedo’s marketing, brand partnerships, and talent development teams to align influencer content strategy with broader agency initiatives and client campaign objectives.
  • • Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for non-technical talent, helping them understand what works, why it works, and how to replicate success without compromising authenticity.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of Dulcedo’s roster of 500+ models, hundreds of athletes, and top-tier digital creators to tailor content strategies that reflect their individual narratives, values, and career trajectories.
  • • Ensure all content strategies adhere to Dulcedo’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by promoting authentic representation and equitable access to growth opportunities across all talent demographics.
  • • Stay current with evolving platform policies, advertising guidelines, and creator economy regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk for talent and brand partners.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Dulcedo’s internal content strategy playbook by documenting successful case studies, refining methodologies, and training junior team members.
  • • Lead quarterly content performance reviews with talent and their managers, using data to celebrate wins, recalibrate strategies, and set ambitious yet achievable goals for the next cycle.
  • • Maintain a proactive, consultative approach — focusing not on how to post, but on how to scale, sustain, and strategically evolve personal brands over time.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience developing and executing influencer or creator content strategies for a portfolio of digital talent
  • • Deep familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their algorithmic dynamics
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement metrics, audience insights, and performance data
  • • Experience working directly with influencers, models, or athletes in a talent management or agency setting
  • • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical creators
  • • Demonstrated ability to build scalable content frameworks that drive long-term brand growth, not just short-term virality

  • • Certified Great Place to Work environment with emphasis on culture, integrity, and impact
  • • Collaborative, people-first culture that empowers employees to grow and challenge themselves
