- • The Influencer Manager will lead influencer outreach, relationship management, and campaign execution to support brand growth and engagement initiatives for U.S.-based clients, working remotely from Egypt during U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST).
- • Day to day, the person will identify influencer partnership opportunities, pitch and negotiate collaborations, manage campaign planning and execution across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, monitor performance metrics, and build long-term relationships with influencers aligned with brand values.
- • Scale Army supports a client focused on building brand awareness and audience engagement through strategic influencer partnerships in a fast-paced digital environment, collaborating with influencers to create impactful campaigns that drive engagement and strengthen audience relationships.
- • In this role, the person can learn advanced influencer negotiation tactics, deepen expertise in cross-platform campaign analytics, develop strategic partnership management skills, and grow within a dynamic digital marketing environment by shaping brand visibility and driving measurable ROI from influencer initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a focus on outreach, contract negotiation, and campaign management
- • Experience managing influencer partnerships across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- • Experience tracking campaign performance and analyzing ROI
- • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and engagement metrics
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with influencers and clients
